It's about a guy in a ski balaclava with a yellow emblem and trent coat,who stops crooks and criminals, with his trusty gun...

WHYS THAT ? due to lack of police officer thinking that his a bad guy,due the colour of his skin ...yes his a proud black fella,so he decides to take the law into his own hands. Because the law is a failure....

So that's the characters (CAPTAIN BAD-MAN'S) motive.
